WOW! Faith in humanity restored. Me, being the moron that I am, ran out of gas because I overestimated how far I could go on E. Billy ran in to the Beechmont Toyota and asked Mr. Tidwell if we could maybe get a little bit of gas to take us to the gas station. Without hesitation, Mr. Tidwell has two young boys, who were also super sweet, push my car all the way to their gas tank and give us way MORE than enough gas to get out of there. Mr. Tidwell didn’t look a bit irritated, ...and was happy to help. This is an example of somebody who genuinely cares about people. He didn’t ask for anything in return, and didn’t expect anything from us at all. He just genuinely wanted to help two stupid 20 something year olds. Working in the service industry makes me so angry with humans because I have to deal with the absolute worst of the worst. However, I felt like I was reminded today that there ARE good humans out there that genuinely care about other people. To sum it up, Billy and I both can’t stop talking about how impressed we are with these people. I can’t say thank you enough! Whenever Colbie the Cobalt dies, I WILL be shopping here for my next vehicle. See More

My mom’s new rav4 is not child safe. My daughters infant seat will not stay tight. I tighten it everyday and by morning it is extremely loose again. Toyota decided against safety rings in the center and if she knew this, she wouldn’t have purchased this car. I had a certified car seat installer look at it, and it was in correctly. Wether I install on the less safe sides or the center, it gets loose overnight. My Honda CRV does not do this. Toyota should be ashamed of this. It is unacceptable. Especially in a 2018 car. I will never buy Toyota. *update- she’s safely secured on the passenger side, you just can’t put her in the center, but she’s secure now�*
